Cefixime:
Cefixime is a third generation semisynthetic cephalosporin antibiotic, chemically similar to pencillin. It is also effective against a wide variety of bacteria organisma, such as: S.typhi, E coli, H. influenza, N. gonorrhoeae & S.pneumonia.
Ofloxacin:
Ofloxacin is second generation, synthetic fluorinated 4-quinolone derivative & is structurally related to nalidixic acid. Bacteria resistance to newer flouroquinolone occurs less frequently than to older analogue of nalidixic acid & is highly effective against multiple resistant bacterias.
