Amoxycillin 500 mg:
Effective against different bacteria including H.influenza,Gonnorrhoea,E.coli,Pneumococci,Streptococci & some strains of staphylococci.
Acts by inhibiting synthesis of cell wall in both gm+ve & gm-ve bacteria.
Better absorbed following oral administration than other B lactum antibiotics.
